I have no idea why this is happening, I suspect it is something in the registry.Īll help is appreciated, it seems something new was introduced. Many more steps which I can't recall right now. Using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to Fix hosts file and Clean Adobe Credentials incase they were on my PCĪ FULL cleanup of everything Adobe related in the registry, services, task scheduler, and all physical locations on the system Permanently deleting C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\AdobeGCClient\Ĭhanging the TrialSerialNumber in application.xml Not using the application.xml values, but just changing the version to 19.0.0Ĭhanging Version = under AMT Library version in painter.ini to 10 Using the values in application.xml for AMTEmu (these were the same) So, here is what I have tried, taking note of the above:

I have tried many methods to solve this, and with each step, I completely uninstalled, rebooted then re-installed Acrobat Pro DC, then rebooted from the correct link, being sure to permanently delete C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC and repeating all precautions. Fixing the flaws Affecting all versions of Window and macOS Acrobat DC/Reader 2019.010.20064 and earlier, the fix in both cases is to update to 2019.010.20069.

The file size of amtlib.dll increased by about 1.2MB with this update.
